Brookville sophomore quarterback Kendall BeCraft completed 12 of 15 passes for 438 yards and four touchdowns in Friday's 48-35 victory over Jefferson Forest, helping the Bees finish 9-1 and in a three-way tie with Amherst and Liberty for first place in the Seminole District.
Floyd Co. sophomore RB Dorian Harris rushed 30 times for 233 yards and two touchdowns, Floyd Co fell to Glenvar by one point, but the Buffs are playoff bound and Harris is a big reason why.
In a losing effort, JF junior quarterback Marcus Jones rushed 39 times for 256 yards and three touchdowns and completed 5 of 12 passes for 72 yards and a touchdown.
Gretna junior Tony Miller rushed 9 times for 110 yards and 3 touchdowns in the Hawks' shutout victory over Chatham. Gretna clinched a share of the Dogwood District title and sewed up the top seed for the Region B, Division 2 playoffs.
