Danville police have charged a Danville man in connection with a break-in at Sacred Heart School.

Police responded to an alarm at Sacred Heart School at 540 Central Blvd. at 11:34 p.m. Monday. They located David Dwayne Dabbs, 34, in the area of the school, according to a news release.

After further investigation, police charged Dabbs with breaking and entering and petit larceny.

Those who contact Danville Crime Stoppers by telephone may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
