To the editor: Having recently moved back to the Mount Hermon community, I was very pleased to find that there is a library in the area. I would like to say how fortunate we residents are to have such a first-class facility like this in the Mount Hermon community. I’ve been very impressed with the staff, the vast collection of books and other reading materials and resources available and the overall great appearance inside and out. Also, I’d like to mention the convenience of its location — at Mount Hermon Courtyard on Franklin Turnpike (Va. 41) — for anyone, like myself, who lives in this area and or residents who don’t have easy access to the main Danville library downtown. Let’s all enjoy this fine facility and not take it for granted! DARYL RIGNEY Danville
