The new director of the House of Hope will hold a meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 871 Main Street, not at the North Theatre, as previously reported.
Pastor Steve Cook, of First Baptist Church, said the purpose of the meeting is to inform the community about what has happened since the homeless shelter reopened as the House of Hope.
"We also want to hear from the community at large on ways to cooperate and collaborate with the needs of the homeless population," Cook said.
