Three Danville men faces charges stemming from a fight on April 10 in which police say the men attacked another man in a restaurant and robbed him of his jewelry.
Delando Maurice Culley, 35, faces charges of aggravated malicious wounding and robbery, while Timothy Waddell, 35, and Charlie Darnell Luck, 29, each face charges of malicious wounding and robbery, according to a news release from the Danville Police Department.
The three were arrested after an investigation into an early morning fight at Eli’s Restaurant on South Ridge Street, the release states. A restaurant patron was attacked and his jewelry taken, the release states.
The victim, whom the release did not identify, was hospitalized for three days and has since been released.
Luck and Waddell are out on bond, awaiting court proceedings, Lt. Mike Mondul said, while Culley remains in jail without bond, awaiting his court date.
