Eden police made two arrests in a burglary at 134 High St. that occurred Tuesday, according to a news release from the department.
Patrol officers arrived after receiving a report of a burglary from the Rockingham Habitat for Humanity and found James LeeMoore. Moore, of 2204 E. Stadium Drive in Eden, was charged with breaking, entering and larceny.
Officers located a crack pipe in Moore's possession during the arrest and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia as well, the release stated. Moore is being held in the Rockingham County jail under a $20,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Wentworth District Court on April 20.
On Wednesday, police located and arrested Jeffrey Doyle Travis of 131 N. Bethel St. in Eden and charged him with breaking, entering, larceny, and property damage.
Travis is being held in the Rockingham County Jail under a $50,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Wentworth District Court on April 21
