UPDATE: Mark Tracy Hairston, 43, of 127 Cupcake Trail in Mayodan, has been arrested, authorities say.
The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office was searching for Hairston after the report of an armed assault Thursday evening.
Warrants have been obtained for Mark Tracy Hairston, 43, of 127 Cupcake Trail in Mayodan on charges of first-degree kidnapping, assault on a female, assault by pointing a gun and communicating threats.
