Darrel Delane Thomas, 40, of Stokesdale, was arrested Tuesday on charges of statutory rape involving a child older than 6 years, indecent liberties with a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, the Rockingham Sheriff's Office said.
Bail was set at $250,000, and Thomas is in the Rockingham County Jail. The case is ongoing.
