A student at the Cultural Arts Training Center, carefully places the spikes of a finished hair style on a mannequin's head inside the Center on Jan. 27.
The students at the center had a graduation ceremony in Oliver Hall on the Danville Community College on Thursday.
Students are trained in cosmetological and salon skills, such as giving pedicures and manicures, tissue massages, and hair design as well as barbering.
