Infringing on free speech

» 0 Comments | Post a Comment

Someone is taking Obama/Biden signs in my neighborhood of Courtland Park in Reidsville. While I am not a supporter of the Obama campaign, I would like to urge the persons responsible to stop infringing on the free speech rights of others.
As a life-long Republican, our party has always been proud to support the Constitution and the rule of law. I remain committed to a Republican Party, known for its steadfast commitment to freedom and civil liberties. I encourage anyone who would consider taking another person’s political sign to instead channel their energy into support for the candidate of your choice and leave the rights of others in tact.
As this long campaign comes to an end, I hope that all energized supporters of both candidates will finish with civility and dignity worthy of the Founding Fathers and the countless men and women who have defended America throughout our history.
