To the editor:
My choice for Danville Sheriff is Mike Mondul. I have known Mike for over a decade, professionally and through other community/charitable events. Mike is truly down-to-Earth and has been that way since the first time I met him at work. He is a person of great character that has a positive, driving force to meet his goals.
In this campaign, he has given his all. It seems that he has worked non-stop to prove to the citizens of Danville that he is the man for the job. If elected sheriff, he will not take this position in leisure.
It is quite rare that we have the chance to elect someone to a position knowing he will continue to give 110 percent — not just in the pubic eye, but all of the time. He will remain the good guy that he is and serve Danville residents well. I have made my choice and the best candidate is Mike Mondul.
