EDEN – A man reported that four armed men demanding money kidnapped his wife from the couple’s home last night, said a release by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Ronald Lee Wilson Jr., of 108 Whiteoak Court in Eden, told deputies four black men armed with guns forced their way into the home at 10:20 p.m. The men were dressed in black, and the release said one was taller than the other three.

Wilson escaped out the back door of the house to call 911. When he was gone, the four men kidnapped Wilson’s wife, Treva Brown Wilson, 33.

The release said the woman’s captors left Treva Wilson at an undisclosed Greensboro location. She was not injured.

Authorities ask help with investigating Wilson’s abduction. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 634-3232 or Crimestoppers at 349-9683.
