Eden police seek suspect in armed robberies

Eden police have issued an arrest warrant for a man suspected in the armed robberies of three local convenience stores.
According to a news release from the Eden Police Department, the J-Mart #1 convenience stores, located at 1320 E. Stadium Drive, reported an armed robbery at 10:14 p.m. Wednesday. The suspect, described as wearing a dark-colored ski mask and dark blue or black coveralls, fled the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Thursday, Eden police received a report of an armed robbery at the Eden Store, located at 902 E. Stadium Drive. While officers were responding, the police department got a call from the J-Mart #2, located at 108 N. Fieldcrest Road. The suspect in both incidents was described similarly to the one in Wednesday’s robbery.
Investigators with the police department have identified the suspect from Wednesday robbery and have secured a warrant for the arrest of Lenell Hewitt, of Reidsville.
According to the release, Hewitt is wanted for robbery with a dangerous weapon. Hewitt is a 45-year-old black male, approximately 5-feet-11-inches, weighing 142 pounds and has hazel/green eyes. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

There have been SEVEN murders in Danville and THREE in Eden,FOUR FELONY gun charges, and TWO armed robberies in Danville since September 2009…...and here is where the whiners will start crying…..ALL COMMITTED BY BLACK MALES BELOW AGE 30, MOST OF THEM TEENS!!!

This is a public service announcement! There is a person going door to door killing people! We can still tell you to lock your doors and hide under your bed. Anything else would not be PC!LOL!
