Pittsylvania Sheriff Mike Taylor releases new picture of missing Hurt woman

An air and ground search continues for a 57-year-old Hurt woman who has been missing since 9 a.m. Tuesday, according to a news release from Pittsylvania County Sheriff Mike Taylor.

Brenda Eades, of Grit Road, was last seen driving a silver, 2006 Jeep with the number “65” on the side. The license tag is KEP-1345. Officials said she may be in the Harrisonburg area.

Eades is described as being 5-foot, 2-inches tall, 98 pounds and having sandy blonde hair.

Anyone with information on Eades’ whereabouts is asked to call their local police station or the Pittsylvania County Sheriff’s office at (434) 432-7931.
