Pelham man charged in Danville stabbing

Two men were sent to Danville Regional Medical Center on Friday night after an altercation left them both with knife wounds.

At 9:23 p.m., Danville police responded to a call from the North Hills Court Apartments, where they found the two men suffering from knife wounds.

Capt. B.G. Creasy said Saturday, “Both got cut during an altercation.”

Officers interviewed witnesses at the scene, and arrested one of the men after he was treated for his injuries.

Robert Lee Odell, 34, of 94 Carlton Road, Pelham, N.C., was arrested for malicious wounded and taken to Danville City Jail.
