Cuccinelli to speak at Danville breakfast Saturday

The Danville and Pittsylvania County Republican Committees will host a breakfast Saturday in Danville with Republican attorney general candidate Ken Cuccinelli.

The breakfast will be at Ryan’s, 107 Executive Court (off Piedmont Drive), from 8:30 to 10 a.m. and cost is dutch treat. Cuccinelli is a state senator representing Fairfax and is running against Democrat Steve Shannon for attorney general.

“We are extremely excited to have a dedicated family man, public servant, and conservative leader like Sen. Cuccinelli join us for our GOP Breakfast,” Ronnie Mayhew, chairman of the Pittsylvania County Republican Committee, said in a statement. “He’s been an outstanding member of the General Assembly and he will be a superb attorney general.”
