Yes, people can come and go as they please. But, consequences can result. How would a reasonable person look at 3am activity. Although crazy things happen all times of day, there’s a mistaken sense of anonimity associated with early morning darkness. Early morning is when some pretty “shady” stuff goes on. Most folks are in the house because you can get shot screwing around out there at that time of morning. But, late night / early morning mess never stands the test of the light of day. It’s an individual decision, just be prepared for the consequences.
People have the right to be out in public at any time of day. There is no curfew, after all. I am sad the man got shot, and hope he recovers. Some folks want to curtail the rights of others. That is not proper. If you are behaving yourself, time makes no difference when it comes to being on private property.
What the heck is going on in this “please move to Danville” city where it seems crime continuously makes headlines??? What is it that people are doing outside homes having conversations at 3:30 am??? Why don’t they just paint an illuminated bulls-eye on their clothes??
