DANVILLE — Danville police have arrested two suspects, and have a warrant for a third, in connection with a Sunday morning home invasion that sent a Danville man to the hospital.
Police have charged Ronnie Wayne Pruitt, 26, and Timothy Gordon Wilson, 27, both of Pelham, N.C., with aggravated malicious wounding and burglary, according to a news release from Lt. Mike Mondul, of the Danville Police Department.
Danville police hold active warrants for a third suspect, John Lindsey Pruitt, 27, also of Pelham, N.C., for aggravated malicious wounding, burglary and assault and battery.
Police say three men kicked open the front door of a home in the 500 block of Cedarbrook Drive at about 2 a.m. Sunday, and beat the victim with tools.
The victim, a 30-year-old man, was taken to Danville Regional Medical Center, then transferred to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Mondul said the victim remained in the intensive care unit Monday.

So if the “truth” will save Timmy Wilson, then he wasn’t as guilty as it appears to begin with. In that case, judgement should be reserved on Timmy Wilson til this story comes out fully. Sounds like the young man was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people. I’ll bet he learns a lesson about who he hangs around with. He is welcome in my house, so he doesn’t have to be with these people. Hang in there Timmy.

sorry FED UP, ur very very very wrong. there was no drug dealer in this. no drug dealer was at this house. get it straight. i was there, i know what happened. of course everyone is going to pass their own judgement but let me send you guys the pictures i have, and see what you say then. know the facts before you judge. then again it doesnt matter all that matter is GOD KNOWS what happened. UM HELLO! the VICTIM in this didnt even KNOW THE SUSPECTS!!
honestly, im not saying i know the whole story, but lets look at the facts…. three grown men entered another man’s home with weapons and assaulted him. im pretty sure that spells it out as much as necessary. and standing up for people who would do such a thing simply proves your own stupidity. im just glad things are working out as they should. i suppose the end is up to fate.

To my knowledge from talking to my brother Timothy Wilson is that John Pruitt kicked the door in and ran inside Timothy and Ronnie Pruitt remained outside. Timothy Wilson was only catching a ride home from John Pruitt and happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and did not cause harm to anyone.My regards and prayers go out to the victim and his family and to my brother Timothy Wilson and Ronnie Pruitt for being dragged into something that did not involve them because it was between John Pruitt and his wife that was suppose to be standing outside waiting for them to pick her up to go home.
i’m sorry but it seems to me that “punkin” or whoever said that mess knows NOTHING about the situation. the man they brutally beat almost to death had nothing at all to do with whatever beef they had. so how exactly was he the target?? because it was three big guys with weapons against a guy who’s a pretty small dude? HE would never hurt anyone. apparently no one ever taught these guys how to have morals or any concience what so ever. i hope they get all thats coming to them.

Beat someone into critical condition with tools…yea theres a story behind it “Punkin”...you either let the Law handle your problems or you get all the loving ya need…doing hard time. Not a hard choice if you have been raised right.
